An area of deep pressure will be centred close-by tomorrow, and although the exact track of this remains open to question it does give a moderate to high risk of significant snowfall and blizzard conditions developing for a time. Visibility in any possible blizzard would be exceptionally reduced. Cloud bases in any snowfall may be reduced to between 200 and 600m. East to northeasterly winds will reach between 20mph to possibly 60mph, with the temperatures a degree below freezing at the 900m level. The freezing level being generally around 500m but locally lower.
