Good taste is hereditary part two

My two young daughters were having a very informed discussion in the back of the car earlier about the relative merits of croissants and pain au chocolat. The consensus appeared to be that both were better warm and they both tasted much better in France because the dough is better and the ones in the UK taste like bread rolls.

I reckon their education is all but complete - just need to wait until they are a bit older before I start teaching them about red wine and French cheeses!

[Update] Paolo says that unless I introduce my daughters to Italian quisine I will be leaving a major gap in their education
