What do you do?
Senior manager paid to introduce social computing tools and evangelise about their use

What are the challenges?
People thinking it is about technology

How do you overcome them?
By focussing on real problems and the benefits of networking

What is a typical day like?
Regular presentations and workshops, lots of meetings with interesting people.

How do you manage information?
I use NetNewsWire to keep up with blogs, both internal and external, I am very disciplined about e-mail and try to have nothing in my in box. I started using David Allen's Getting Things Done methodology for staying on top of things and it works really well
