Right, wrong and rabbits.

While playing in the park this afternoon my four year old had been dealt a couple of bad hands. Her friends had ignored her and she'd fallen over a couple of times. When we got to the swings and I prepared to give her a push she said:

"Push me really high Daddy because I have been treated badly so far today"

Our rabbit, who has been living in a cat box with a cardboard run was today presented with a newly painted, newly roofed, bright new indoor hutch. I wondered if he was aware of the difference and appreciated having his litter tray available to 24/7 for the first time.

Could someone explain, and I mean really explain, how these two situations are different?
