Jem has an interesting analysis of the BBC's role in encouraging the take up of broadband in the UK - or not!

What will it take for MSM to understand that the point of broadband is not so much fatter pipes down which they can stuff stuff but that the connection is always on and we can transact and connect with each other easier.
