I caused a bit of a stooshie when I wrote that the easiest way to have Enterprise 2.0 happen in your organisation was to do nothing. At the time I had to explain that I didn't actually mean doing nothing was the best way but that Enterprise 2.0 will happen to you whether you like it or not and if you don't get involved you will lose the ability to influence it. The reason I wrote my original post was to counter some of the nonsense being written about Enterprise 2.0 by people making it into something bigger and harder than it is which then enables people like Tom Davenport to claim that it will never happen. This is why I call my workshops The Quiet Revolution with the emphasis on the quiet.
