The great thing about Enterprise 2.0 is how little it matters

Lasting change in organisations happens in spite of fads not because of them. It happens through people changing their behaviours one by one and rarely because they have been shouted at by a guru or a manager. [No harm intended to Andrew McAffee btw as he, like me, is interested in what is happening and likes writing about it - a very different thing from what the E 2.0 monster is turning into.]
